An irrigation control system based on Fuzzy-PID algorithm is designed to solve the problem of water saving in intelligent irrigation of rice. This system collects paddy water level height, based on fuzzy control principle, according to the growth characteristics of rice, on the premise of ensuring the yield, carries on the proper amount of irrigation. In order to prove that Fuzzy-PID has better control effect and robustness, Fuzzy-PID is compared with Fuzzy and PID by observing the fluctuation of the simulation curve. The simulation curve shows that Fuzzy-PID reduces the regulation time by 2.5s and overshoot by 23.3% compared with Fuzzy. When the interference signal is added at 10s, it can be seen that Fuzzy-PID controller is superior to PID controller and Fuzzy controller, and can ensure the stable output of the controlled quantity within the effective error range. By combining the advantages of PID controller and Fuzzy controller, it is proved that Fuzzy-PID irrigation system has better control effect and robustness. This irrigation controller meets the needs of precision agriculture to a certain extent in response time and adjustment time, and provides theoretical and technical support for water-saving irrigation of rice.
