Protective effect of laparoscopic functional total mesorectal excision on urinary and sexual functions in male patients with mid-low rectal cancer

Laparoscopic functional total mesorectal excision was beneficial to faster recovery of urinary and sexual function for patients with rectal cancer, and it could be used as a superior surgical technique for pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in mid-low rectal cancer.
