The lack of motivation and interest of students in carrying out the learning process is caused by the lack of variety of learning media used by teachers. This study aims to assist teachers in interpreting learning tools and increase interest and motivation in studying PAI subjects for grade IV Personality of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study uses the Design and Development (D&D) method, has the following stages: (1) identification of problems, (2) describing objectives, (3) product design and development, (4) product testing, (5) evaluation of test results, and (6) communicating test results. The place of research was conducted at SDN Karapyak with a sample of 10 Class IV students. The result of product development was the E-Module “Personality of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The results of the validation of the Principal and PAI teachers regarding this E-Module product are 88% included in the very good category so that it is feasible to use, besides that it is supported by the post-test results obtained from the quiz with an average score of 80 included in the good category. from the assessment that the E-Module "Personality of the Prophet Muhammad SAW Class IV" is very feasible to be used as a learning tool. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam menginterpretasikan prangkat pembelajaran dan meningkatkan minat serta motivasi dalam mempelajari mata pelajaran PAI kelas IV materi Kepribadian Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D), mepunyai tahapan : (1) identifikasi masalah, (2) mendeskripsikan tujuan, (3) desain dan pengembangan produk, (4) uji coba produk, (5) evaluasi hasil ujicoba, dan (6) mengomunikasikan hasil uji coba. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SDN Karapyak 1 dengan sampel sebanyak 10 orang siswa Kelas IV. Hasil pengembangan produk merupakan E-Modul "Personality Of Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hasil validasi oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Guru PAI terkait produk E-Modul ini yaitu 88%, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik sehingga layak untuk digunakan. Selain itu didukung dengan hasil post-test yang diperoleh dari kuis dengan rata-rata nilai 80 termasuk pada kategori baik.
