Analysis of the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Public Administration

Ukraine. This will allow a comprehensive approach to the substantiation of the hypothesis, which is the assumption that the use of modern information and communication technologies in public administration is a key factor in effective communication at all levels of public administration. It is proved that effective communicative activity of local self-government bodies enables large-scale dialogue of government and civil structures, forms a favorable image of local self-government bodies, allows monitoring of social processes using feedback mechanism, and provides formative influence on state-society relations.
