The main purpose of this study is to explore the design requirements that will affect the user satisfaction of museum souvenirs through experimental research in order to provide a scheme for museum souvenir design. The research shows that museum memorabilia play a role in enhancing the brand value of museums. Second, using the Delphi method, experts were gathered to summarise and screen the design elements, and a total of 13 design elements were identified. The Kano test was then conducted with experts, and the Kano properties of 13 design requirements and their impact on user satisfaction were determined. Finally, through a discussion of the experimental results, a design requirements model for museum souvenirs was constructed. The results of the study found that three types of models were constructed according to the Kano attributes of requirements that can be used by different types of museums.
