Many people turn to their jobs as a source of self-actualization and financial security. People seek employment that offers both financial security and personal satisfaction. Many people believe that effort is necessary for success. Unfortunately, a lot of workers find it tedious and time-consuming. To increase employee engagement and commercial success, businesses must assist individuals in discovering their "best inner selves." The collaboration of management is necessary for employee satisfaction. Given this, the goal of this study is to investigate the connection between transformational leadership and mental health in order to support businesses in creating more effective leadership strategies. A conceptual framework is created by combining theories on transformational leadership and mental health. Transformative leaders have been shown to enhance employee mental health by fostering initiative, intrinsic motivation, and a better environment, all of which boost output and performance. Additionally, there is a connection between the theories of transformational leadership and self-determination; however, more study is required to determine the precise mechanisms underlying this. Leaders and groups received the results for discussion.
