Significant advancements in wireless communications have been made recently thanks to developments in AI technology, which will help create more autonomous systems. This development gradually establishes adequate communication in managing moving vehicles with respect to the emergency services' data centers. High-speed, low-latency, and improved connection will lead to pre-hospital care in the ambulance with the rollout of 5G networks. In this paper, we employ AI techniques to anticipate uplink throughput in order to derive the Predictive QoS (PQoS). After identifying the best prediction model, we generated the nodal points along the ambulance route where the information may be uploaded with confidence. We discovered that SINR, CQI, and geographic data produce a superior model for uplink throughput prediction and later for the development of nodal locations to enhance communication with the available network.
