In this study, a compact isolated E -plane waveguide T-junction divider has been proposed for power combination with solid-state amplifiers in W -band. The measured passive isolation between the output ports is better than 15 dB, with an average loss of 0. 2 dB over the range of 77. 5â97 GHz. In addition, the return loss is better than 17 dB at the input port. By using two GaN power amplifiers of about 3 W between back-to-back dividers, the power combined module produces a maximum power output of up to 6. 2 W within the band of 81â86 GHz, with an average combination efficiency of 90. 6%.
