A bstract This Keynote Address presents the evolution of a technique called ‘Extreme Oncoplasty’. Extreme oncoplasty is a combination of surgical oncology and plastic surgery techniques that is used for breast preservation in patients who do not meet that usual criteria for breast conservation and would normally receive a mastectomy.
