Priorities of youth policy on the modern agenda are analyzed. The empirical basis of the study was the materials of the meeting of the State Council of the Russian Federation on December 22, 2022. It is proved that the paradigm shift of relationships in the chain “state – civil society – youth” from symbolism to partnership forms a modern format of the youth infrastructure ecosystem.
