All-for-one tourism and ecological civilisation are essential development strategies promoting sustainable development in China, which blend and influence each other; their relationship needs to be identified. This paper first establishes the evaluation indicator system of all-for-one tourism and ecological civilisation. Based on the data in Guizhou Province from 2006 to 2020, this research employs the coupling, coupling coordination, and relative development models to calculate and analyse the temporal evolution of the coupling and coordination development of the two subsystems. The results confirm the coupling relationship between the two subsystems and suggest that: (1) from 2006 to 2020, the coupling degree (CD) in Guizhou province is mainly in the imbalance stage. The coupling level is low, and its change is close to zero in the later stage; (2) the coupling coordination degree (CCD) develops from incoordination to coordination, mainly in the moderate coupling coordination stage; (3) the relative development degree (RDD) has developed from the imbalance state to the synchronous state. This paper is significant in facilitating the coordination development of all-for-one tourism and ecological civilisation. The integrated methods may provide a new way to assess the development status of two subsystems in other locations.
