This article describes the concept of the crime of improper performance of duties by medical personnel, specific features of the crime, and issues related to the basic concepts of this crime. Also, it is based on the article that the crime of medical personnel not performing their duties properly is increasing year by year in our republic, which means that there is a need to further improve the system of combating these crimes. In addition, the main concepts of the crime of improper performance of duties by medical personnel were analyzed based on the opinions of scientists. In addition, in the article, the shortcomings of the legal norms related to ensuring the proper performance of their duties by medical personnel, the insufficient level of legal protection of the relevant permitting or prohibiting systems in the field of public services, and some relations are also based on the fact that there are cases like insufficient regulation. In the article, suggestions and recommendations are also given regarding the improvement of the legal norms, which stipulate responsibility for the crime of improper performance of duties by medical personnel.
