The self-help support activities for family medicine trainees in Japan are effective for participants, but broader outreach is needed to ensure all residents receive necessary training and career support.
総合診療，新・家庭医療専門医制度への移行から一定期間が経過した．調査で明らかとなった専攻医からのニーズと，それに答えるべく活動する日本プライマリ・ケア連合学会公式の自助的サポート組織である専攻医部会のこれまでの成果と今後の展望を，専攻医の視点でまとめた．支援が必要な専攻医に情報が届いていない可能性が示された中で，本稿が新専門医制度下での研修と指導のリソースとなり，制度充実の一助となれば幸いである.
