Traditional spiritual and moral values in Russian Law: formulation of a scientific problem

At present, the Russian Federation has identified the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values as one of the basic ideas on the basis of which the regulatory system of Russian society, including the legal one, should be formed. The author proves the need for a theoretical and legal study of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, which are the historically conditioned matrix basis of the Russian legal system.
