Teaching and learning activities based on presupposition can hardly meet the needs of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities in the field of intelligent education. To some extent, the ability of ideological and political teaching to release a series of values and benefits. Therefore, ideological and political teaching needs to change from the traditional empirical hypothesis to the data guidance. First, the integration analysis of big data technology and ideological and political precision teaching is carried out to clarify the generation of ideological and political precision teaching model in the era of big data in the demand; Secondly, from the perspective of practice, thinking and understanding of some practical problems in ideological and political teaching under the big data era, to clarify the trend of ideological and political precision teaching model; Finally, based on the concept of data-driven teaching, based on the general process of ideological and political teaching activities and the basic structure of ideological and political teaching model, the main body of the ideological and political precision teaching model is constructed from three dimensions: determination of teaching objectives, design of teaching process framework, teaching evaluation and prediction. The precision teaching of ideological and political teaching driven by big data tries to show the whole picture of ideological and political teaching from an overall perspective, and effectively takes into account the differences and personalization of ideological and political teaching. It can become an important starting point and effective way to improve the quality of ideological and political teaching, optimize the effect of ideological and political teaching and enhance the scientific decision-making ability of ideological and political teaching.
