Digital twin technology can make the dynamic mapping of physical space and digital space, which can enable the transformation and upgrading of R&D, manufacturing and operation modes of industry and manufacturing. Applying digital twin technology to ship design and manufacturing can realize intelligent control and operation of ships. In this paper, a digital twin model construction for ships is proposed, including virtual scene generation system, digital twin sensor system, digital twin hull model, digital twin power system, digital twin security system and other functional models, which can support scheme generation, scheme pre-testing and task planning of navigation system and task system.
