Legal Policy in the Field of Administrative Litigation

Currently, the issue of the nature and content of the administrative litigation is being updated, which has become a new area of research within the enlarged scientific specialty 5.1.2 "Public Law (state law) sciences". So, the legal policy in the field of administrative litigation in its doctrinal and rule-making manifestations is of interest, which makes it possible to determine its structure and the main directions of development of the legislation regulating this process.
