Using decision-support systems for experts in multi-criteria problems is a common practice to ensure that the choices are rational and based on precise analysis. To facilitate the design process of these systems, it is necessary to provide access to tools designed to simplify the design process of decision-making models. To this end, we propose a MakeDecision tool designed for the graphical design of structured decision models based on crisp and fuzzy data, where the fuzzy data is represented as Triangular Fuzzy Numbers. The application allows the rapid prototyping and development of decision-making models, using predefined components that do not require own implementations of techniques from the decision-making field. Open access and customizable configuration contribute to a flexible design process for decision model structures.
