This research aims to analyze and describe the performance of village officials in population administration services. This research uses a qualitative description method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The technique for determining informants used purposive sampling, the informants in this research were the Head of Service, Village Secretary, and Village Head. The data analysis model used in this research is interactive from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the performance of village officials is viewed from indicators according to Robbins, namely quality, quantity and timeliness. The result is that the three indicators have been implemented according to procedures. Service quality can be measured through standard indicators of the time provided. Even though the service should not take a lot of time, conditions in the field show otherwise.
