Employee performance is very important in performance appraisal for the sustainability of the organization in achieving its goals in order to create a good public bureaucracy in services to create quality and professional results. This study aims to determine the performance of employees in improving population administration services, which can affect service activities in the government of Kalidawir Village, Tanggulangin District. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by interview and observation techniques with the relevant village officials. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the performance of employees in improving services in Kalidawir Village, Tanggulangin District can be said to be quite good.
