The ICGC patient cohorts shown in Figure S4a and S4b correspond to the same patient cohorts shown in Figure 1f and 1g respectively. TMB and IGR remained the most significant regressors among all genetic markers in simple mutation-dominant and IGR-dominant cancers, respectively.
