فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على مهارات التفكير العليــــــــا والمهـــــــارات الشخصيـــــــة لـدى عينـة من الموهوبـات بجـدة Effectiveness of a Counseling program based on Higher thinking skills and personal skills in a sample of Talented students in Jeddah

الموهوبون هم ثروة المجتمعات لذلك فهم بحاجة إلى رعاية تربوية وخدمات متميزة عن البرامج والخدمات التقليدية المتوافرة في مدارس التعليم العام، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على مهارات التفكير العليا والمهارات الشخصية لدى عينة من الموهوبات بمدينة جدة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي في تطبيق الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (60) طالبة من المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية. وتكونت أداة القياس من مقياس قبلي وبعدي للبرنامج وهو من إعداد الباحثة، ويحتوي المقياس على (29) فقرة متضمنة الأبعاد المراد قياسها وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطيه طردية متوسطة القوة بين مهارات التفكير العليا والمهارات الشخصية، أيضًا توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارات التفكير العليا قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي للمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المهارات الشخصية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي للمرحلة المتوسطة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المهارات الشخصية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي للمرحلة الثانوية، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارات التفكير العليا والمهارات الشخصية بين المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية أي أن مستوى مهارات التفكير العليا و المهارات الشخصية لا تختلف بين طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة والمرحلة الثانوية بشكل كبير، وقد خلصت الباحثة إلى عدد من التوصيات الموجهة إلى المؤسسات التعليمية التي تتضمن فصول الموهوبات، ومعلمات ومرشدات الطالبات الموهوبات، وقد تكون هذه الدراسة مرجعية لهن من الناحية التعليمية والإرشادية، واستحداث للأنشطة والبرامج المقدمة في هذا النوع من مدارس التعليم. Gifted are the wealth of societies, they need an educational care and distinguished services compare to the available conventional services within the public education system , The study aimed to scale the extent of effectiveness of the counseling programs based on higher thinking and personal skills in a sample of gifted students in Jeddah comprised of 60 students in both intermediate and secondary levels. The measurement tool contained a pre and post scaling for the program that was prepared by the researcher , Such scale contained 29 paragraphs addressing the dimensions required to be measured, in which the scale's psychometric features was verifiedThe study concluded to a fact that there is an average positive correlation between the higher thinking skills and personal skills. It also concluded that there are statistical significance variances within the higher thinking skills pre and post the application of the counseling program for the both intermediate and secondary levels. There are also statistical significance variations within the personal skills pre and post the counseling program application for the intermediate schooling level, nevertheless there are no statistical significance variations within the personal skills pre and post the application of the counseling program for the secondary schooling level. Also there are no statistical significance variation in the higher thinking skills and personal skills between the two schooling levels, which means that the higher thinking skills and personal skills bears no significant difference between the students of the two schooling levels (Intermediate and Secondary) , The researcher concluded some recommendations that are addressed to the educational institutions that tackle the gifted classes, special counseling and teachers for the gifted students. This study could be a good reference for such members from the educational counseling perspectives and can be an advancement of a presented activities and programs in such type of schools.
