Purpose: This study aims to investigate the role of career counselling as a valuable source of support, information, and resources for high school students.It seeks to explore how career counselling relieves the mental burden associated with career choices and fosters resilience among students by encouraging them to view failures as growth opportunities and develop effective coping mechanisms.The study also examines the connection between career counselling and students' psychological well-being, emphasizing the significance of comprehensive career counselling services in educational institutions.One aspect that this study aims to explore is how career counselling fosters resilience among high school students.Resilience is an essential characteristic that enables individuals to bounce back from setbacks and challenges.Career counselling encourages students to perceive failures and setbacks as opportunities for growth and personal development.By promoting this mindset, career counselling helps students develop resilience, adaptability, and effective coping mechanisms vital for their well-being and future success.Design/Methodology/Approach: This case study-based research emphasizes the importance of career counselling and guidance in high schools.It underscores how career counselling is a valuable resource for students, relieving the mental burden of career choices and fostering resilience.By prioritizing integrating comprehensive career counselling services, educational institutions can effectively support students' career development journey and nurture their overall well-being.The findings stress the need for educational institutions to recognize the interplay between career counselling and mental health and prioritize the provision of comprehensive career counselling and guidance services to students.Findings/Result: The findings highlight the importance of career counselling services, in schools and colleges.These services play a role in helping students make choices and promote their mental well-being.Career counselling has impacts, including increasing self-awareness, reducing stress and anxiety, fostering resilience, and nurturing psychological well-being among high school students.Educational institutions need to recognize the connection, between career counselling and mental health and prioritize integrating these services.This holistic approach empowers students to make decisions, supports their well-being, and facilitates both academic and personal growth.
