Ostvarivanje Prava Djece S Invaliditetom: Inkluzija Ili Diskriminacija?

The realization and protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in the last decade have been based on the human rights model, which incorporates the thesis that persons with disabilities are legal entities capable of and entitled to live normally in society.Among them, one special group stands out as the most vulnerable group in society, namely children with disabilities, whose exercise and protection of rights begin from an early age by applying the instruments of early intervention and inclusion.Therefore, adequate and effective legal regulation is necessary.In this paper, the authors provide an overview and presentation of regulations and strategies crucial for exercising the rights of children with disabilities.To determine the real situation in Croatia, a survey was conducted in cooperation with the parents of children with disabilities.The above research will lead to conclusions that lead to the question in the title of the paper, whether the exercise of the rights of children with disabilities is inclusion or discrimination.
