The work motivation of enterprise employees has a significant impact on enterprise performance, so studying the relationship between employee work motivation and enterprise performance, as well as related management practices, has important background significance. This study collected and analyzed relevant data and found that employees with high work motivation performed better in terms of employee satisfaction, employee commitment, employee performance, and employee turnover compared to employees with low work motivation.Specifically, the average employee satisfaction score for employees with high work motivation was 4.2 out of 5, while the score for employees with low work motivation was only 2.5.The average performance score for employees with high work motivation was 4.3 out of 5, while the score for employees with low work motivation was 2.6.In addition, the turnover rate of highly motivated employees was 7.2%, while the turnover rate of low motivated employees was 18.5%.To enhance employee motivation and improve corporate performance, this study proposed some management practices, including developing incentive mechanisms, providing development opportunities, establishing good communication and feedback mechanisms, and creating a positive work environment.By focusing on employee motivation and implementing these management practices, companies are able to improve employee satisfaction and performance, reduce employee turnover rates, and achieve better corporate performance.
