This research aims to examine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Turnover Intention Mediated by Work Motivation at PT PrimaGraphia Digital. The analytical method utilized Structural Equation Model (SEM) with smartPLS program. Hypoteses were tested using quantitive method based on 100 samples collected using questionnaires distributed by electronic surveys. The results of this research indicate that organizational culture and work environment had an effect on work motivation. Work motivation also influences turnover intention, while organizational culture and work environment have no influence. Work motivation becames a mediator between organizational culture and work environment on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Culture; Work Environment; Work Motivation; Turnover Intention
