This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Sipraja A in Population Administration Services in Putat, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. The method used descriptive qualitative with the technique of determining the informant, namely purposive sampling Data collection techniques can be obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis uses the theory of Milles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results on the resource dimensions of the Putat Village Government not been maximized. The dimensions of the number and quality of service can be said to be not optimal. The time limit dimension is good. However, previously only SIPRAJA operators could work on submission services, but now operators also have to wait for confirmation from the Village Head to get verification. As well as service procedures can be said to be not optimal
