The article dedicated to the centenary of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. It examines the internal content and features of the Russian model of justice at the present historical stage. The constitutional foundations of Russian justice are disclosed in detail, special attention is paid to the principle of judicial independence. It is noted that the independence of the judiciary is strictly observed in practice.
