After the end of COVID-19, the world has entered a challenging recovery stage.Particularly, international exchanges and cooperation between colleges and universities are still facing difficulties.Looking at the current situation of logistics management talent cultivation in vocational colleges in China, there are issues such as a research-oriented education model that focuses more on undergraduate education, challenges in meeting the employment demands of enterprises, and a low level of international integration.In this context, by comparing and analyzing the talent cultivation models of logistics management in 8 Sino-foreign cooperative schools in China, collecting and organizing relevant data, and using descriptive statistical analysis methods for research, the results show that measures such as optimizing the training objectives of international logistics management talents, strengthening English and other language training, enhancing the construction of international teaching staff, and increasing financial investment are taken.These measures are conducive to quickly overcoming the impact of COVID-19, cultivating excellent international logistics management talents, and promoting the diversified and international development of the logistics industry.
