Objective: To study and analyze the application value of micro-class combined case-oriented teaching method (CBL) in clinical nursing teaching.Methods: A total of 80 nursing students who practiced in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects, among which 40 nursing students from July 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group and implemented routine nursing teaching; 40 nursing students from July 2022 to June 2023 were included in the research group and implemented micro-class combined CBL teaching.After the end of teaching work, the results of clinical nursing teaching assessment, comprehensive quality, and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results: The results of theoretical knowledge, practical training, and communication of nursing care in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The comprehensive quality assessment of Nursing students in the study group showed that the scores of the nursing Mini-CEX scale were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Carrying out micro-class combined with CBL teaching in clinical nursing teaching can improve the performance of nursing students, and enhance their comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction.
