The objective of this article is to analyze the EU AI ACT, identifying its potential for improving Brazilian regulation for the Judiciary, Resolution 332 of the CNJ (NATIONAL COUNCIL OF JUSTICE).Through a deductive methodological approach, employing indirect research based on bibliographic and documentary review, the study analyzes the European regulatory model, drawing a comparison with the Brazilian system, identifying possibilities for improvement.The EU AI ACT analysis reveals that the European regulatory model is more comprehensive and robust than the Brazilian one and reveals that CNJ (NATIONAL COUNCIL OF JUSTICE) Resolution 332 can be improved in a series of aspects.In conclusion, the study finds that there are great opportunities to improve CNJ (NATIONAL COUNCIL OF JUSTICE) Resolution 332 with the adoption of models brought by European regulation.
