In the era of advancing technology and automation, the safety of firefighters is paramount.The risk of lifethreatening situations during firefighting operations necessitates the development of innovative solutions.In this paper, we present an autonomous firefighting robotic system designed to detect and extinguish fires independently.Powered by the Arduino Uno development board, our system integrates various sensors and actuators to navigate through obstacles, detect flames, and deploy firefighting mechanisms effectively.The utilization of the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor mounted on a servo motor enables obstacle detection and path navigation, ensuring safe and efficient movement in firefighting environments.Additionally, the inclusion of a fire flame sensor allows the system to detect and approach fires accurately.The firefighting mechanism incorporates a water tank, pump, and spraying nozzle, controlled by servo motors, to extinguish fires efficiently.This paper details the design, components, and functionality of the proposed firefighting robotic system, highlighting its potential to enhance firefighter safety and effectiveness in hazardous situations.
