A good transportation system is very important for the development of any social.economical and growth of any country.For the growth of country, India have developed mainly three modes of transportation which are by air, water and road In India there are about 58 lakh km of roads and due to this inadequate maintenance of the road there will be sacrifice the investment done on road in the past.In India there are manly four season which affect the quality of road, pavement can be destroyed due to penetration of water in a single season which will cause the increase in investment and destroy the investment done in the past Defect in pavement can be caused with various reasons such as increase in road network, increase in the cost of material, less availability of skilled labour and many more.The main objective should be to put the road in good condition and the life of the road should increase for future use.The purpose of this study is to discuss the causes of "Yeola Kopargon Shirdi Highway 10" failure and to solve the problem of pavement failure.
