Premature rupture of membranes is a condition where the membranes rupture before delivery. Most of the premature rupture of membranes occurs at a gestational age of over 37 weeks, whereas at a gestational age of less than 36 weeks there are not too many. Premature rupture of the amniotic membranes causes the possibility of infection in the uterus, premature labor which will increase morbidity and death of the mother and fetus. There were 47 people experiencing premature rupture of membranes at the Pulo Merak Community Health Center in 2022. The aim of this research was to determine the description of maternal age and parity, with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes at the Pulomerak Community Health Center in 2022. The type of research used was descriptive research. The population in this study was all mothers giving birth at the Pulomerak Health Center for the period January - December 2022, totaling 194 people. The sample in this study was all mothers giving birth at the Pulomerak Health Center for the period January-December 2022, totaling 194 people. The sampling technique used in this research was a total sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The data source for this research is secondary data. The results of the research can be concluded that mothers who experienced PROM at the Pulomerak Community Health Center showed that 47 mothers experienced PROM, the proportion of Premature Rupture of Membranes occurred at ages 35 years as many as 104 (53.6%). for parity in Multipara as many as 134 people (69%). The incidence of Premature Rupture of Membranes among women giving birth at the Pulomerak Community Health Center was higher at risk ages >20 years and <35 years at 32 people (31%). The incidence of premature rupture of membranes in women giving birth at the Pulomerak Community Health Center was higher in multiparas, 33 people (25%). The suggestion of this research is that health workers at the Pulomerak Community Health Center are expected to be able to maintain the performance that has been carried out, and maintain the quality of service in accordance with midwifery service standards. And for future researchers it can add broader & more accurate insight
