This work presents a comprehensive stress detection and mitigation method that utilizes advanced machine learning techniques, including image processing and real-time monitoring, to identify indicators of stress and offer personalized treatments. The system comprises several components, encompassing data collection and user interfaces, with the objective of promoting a more salubrious work environment and enhancing employee welfare and efficiency.
