Heart health monitoring is essential for the early detection of heart diseases. Wireless sensor networks and the Internet of Things have shown great potential in heart health monitoring, with several systems utilizing smartphones, wearable devices, and ECG sensors for continuous monitoring and remote diagnosis. This paper presents a new real-time system for heart disease monitoring using ECG, temperature, pulse, and SpO2 sensors, with data transmission facilitated by continuous monitoring by doctors. The integrated sensors comprehensively assess the patient's cardiovascular health, including heart rate, electrical activity, body temperature, and blood oxygen saturation levels. By leveraging IoT connectivity, the system enables real-time transmission of the collected data to healthcare providers, allowing remote monitoring and timely interventions when necessary. The proposed system offers a promising approach to improve patient outcomes through early detection and proactive management of heart diseases.
