Objective: To explore the clinical application and therapeutic effect of Ganwen antipyretic therapy in cancer with low fever. Method: By analyzing the mechanism of the Ganwen antipyretic method and the etiology and pathogenesis of low fever in cancer, exploring the commonalities between the two, and then discussing its therapeutic effect in clinical application. As a result, low fever in cancer patients is often caused by prolonged prolongation, deficiency of positive qi, damage to the spleen and stomach, insufficient vitality, and imbalance of ascending and descending, leading to the generation of heat. The Ganwen Qure method refers to the use of drugs that are sweet, warm, and beneficial to qi, warming and tonifying the spleen and stomach, assisting in the transformation of the spleen and stomach, ensuring sufficient vitality, regulating the qi and blood of the camp and guard, and eliminating deficiency heat by warming the middle and tonifying qi, benefiting the spleen and stomach. Conclusion: The sweet and warm antipyretic method has achieved good therapeutic effects in the clinical application of cancer with low fever, and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
