This letter exploits the intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) to enhance an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) system under the cloud radio access network (C-RAN) structure. Our aim is to synthesis the ISAC beams of the remote radio heads (RRHs) approaching the desired frequency-space beam pattern while guaranteeing the user communication rate. To this end, we propose a joint design of beamforming for RRHs and IRSs and the fronthaul compression. Numerical results verify the effectiveness of the proposed design.
