Machining operation is one of the most cardinal processes employed in the production industry. The workpiece condition was decided during the machining operation at the cutting zone temperature. The cutting lubricants were widely used in the cutting operation it minimize the temperature and maintain the grade of the workpiece. During machining, ecology and health workers are important factorsto recognize no damaging effect on the environment—sustainable replacement to traditional cutting fluids. The research work studied that using biolubricants-based hybrid nano lubricants were used in the turning of AISI 1040 medium carbon steel with an inserts carbide tool. Palm oil as base fluid and SiC and TiO2 nanoparticle suspension is used with minimum quantity lubrication. The performance parameter such as surface roughness, material removal rate, and temperature was recorded. It shows that performance parameter was compared with individual and hybrid modes.
