This paper establishes an effective early-warning system framework of corporate financial risk. This paper discusses the early-warning model of financial risk. On this basis, Bayes-SVM algorithm is applied to the classification of financial crisis events. We timely detect and alarm the abnormal situation in the company's financial system. Finally, an example is given to prove that the proposed algorithm is correct. This model provides a new way of thinking for the early warning and prevention of enterprise financial risk.
