This would translate into 2692 more men with PC receiving definitive treatment in this cohort. CONCLUSIONS: The study highlights a significant disparity in the definitive treatment delivery between MSHs and non-MSHs for PC. Targeted improvements within MSHs could elevate the standard of care for the general population and play a pivotal role in diminishing racial/ethnic disparities in PC outcomes across the US.
