At this important historical juncture, the low-carbon economy was born and has gained widespread popularity and support around the world. Aiming at the development mode of low-carbon economy, countries around the world have launched a series of related policies to promote its operation and development. The proposal of low carbon economy also has a greater impact on the development of China's foreign trade.
