Basically the kind of internet of things (IoT) in healthcare and medical sector can take many forms such as smart health services and medical devices. This paper deals with the design and implementation of IoT-based medical device in a form of system for monitoring multi infusion liquid level. The proposed device is designed to provide ease in the healthcare industry, particularly for hospital patients and medical staff. The monitoring system is intended to read indicators from the sensors mounted on the object, including infusion volume indicators and infusion drop indicators. This device transforms the voltage value from the load cell sensor to the infusion volume. When wholly charged in a 500 ml infusion, the load cell sensor voltage is 4.9 V, which lowers as the infusion volume declines. This figure is subsequently transmitted under control via a web service that can be viewed from a smartphone or personal computer (PC), allowing nurses to determine the amount of infusion in the patient.
