Large language models (LLM) can be prompted to exhibit human like dialogue. However, LLM-based dialogue agentsmay in many senses mimic a human being as well as differentiate from the same. In this manuscript we try to unveil the intricacies of an LLM-based dialogue agent. The capabilities of these models have shaken the business as well as research world. However, the success of such models in any given domain depends on a number of considerations. In this manuscript we outline the same.
