Application of administrative liability measures to minors: problematic aspects

In the article, the authors consider the specifics of the application of administrative liability measures to minors as subjects of administrative liability measures; it is proposed to consider the possibility of applying compulsory work to minors as a measure of administrative responsibility; the complexity of bringing minors who are stateless persons or foreign citizens to administrative responsibility is noted.
