In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of on-site check and point debugging verification of substation secondary equipment, and meet the requirements of effective evaluation of the operating health status of secondary systems and equipment, a state evaluation method of substation secondary equipment based on simulation check is proposed. This method simulates the communication between the main station and the secondary equipment, and then verifies the correctness of the data collection by using the substitution method. Finally, an equipment state abnormality analysis model is established according to the equipment state data to obtain the degree of equipment state abnormality, and the equipment state is evaluated, and an alarm is given when the equipment state is abnormal, so as to guide the on-site transportation and inspection personnel to overhaul or replace the secondary equipment and realize the automatic verification of the data from the source to the end. Based on the substation secondary equipment state evaluation method of simulation check, a substation secondary equipment based on simulation check is developed.
