The organizing Committee of BBBS 2023 warmly welcomes authors to join 3rd International Workshop on Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences (BBBS 2023: http://www.iwbbbs.org/), held on December 9-10, 2023 in Singapore. The aim of BBBS 2023 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. This two-day conference is being organized in technical association with Asian Union of Information Technology and will include invited keynote talks and oral paper presentations from both academia and industry to ignite our young minds, to initiate them in the field of meaningful research and thereby enrich their existing knowledge. BBBS 2023 has received 154 manuscripts. Less than 30 submissions had been accepted by our reviewers for publication, and 73 one-page abstracts were selected for Oral Reporting. Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hopefully, all participants and other interested readers benefit scientifically from the proceedings and also find it stimulating in the process.
