Methodologies for Implementation of Standard-Cell Libraries for Radiation Hardened Environments

Standard cell kits are necessary for modern VLSI implementations. SoCs that must operate in heavy radiation environments must take special precautions and implement radiation hardening techniques to produce reliable SoCs that can operate in high radiation environments. In this paper we describe a methodology for the design of a radiation hardened cell library using Radiation Hardened by Design techniques and present our results.
