This paper provides a comprehensive examination of effective English language teaching methodologies, focusing on communicative approaches and technology integration. Through an exploration of Task-Based Learning (TBL), Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), and Content-Based Instruction (CBI), as well as Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL), this study evaluates their impact on language acquisition and proficiency development. The analysis highlights the role of authentic tasks, learner autonomy, and multimodal experiences in promoting meaningful communication and linguistic competence. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating technology into English language instruction.
