القـدرة التنبؤية للكماليـة في الدافعيـة للإنـجاز لـدى الطلـبة الموهوبـين في مدرسـة اليوبيـل The Predictive Ability for the Perfectionism in Achievement Motivation for the Gifted Students at Jubilee School

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف إلى مستوى كل من الكمالية والدافعية للإنجاز، ومعرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الكمالية والدافعية للإنجاز، والكشف عن القدرة التنبؤية للكمالية في الدافعية للإنجاز لدى عينة من الطلبة الموهوبين في مدرسة اليوبيل، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي التنبؤي، وتضمنت عينة الدراسة (246) طالباً وطالبة موزعين على ثلاث شعب (التاسع والعاشر والحادي عشر) في مدرسة اليوبيل، للعام 2023/2022، كما تم استخدام كلٍّ من مقياس الكمالية ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية والرتب، وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الكمالية جاء متوسطاً، وأن مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز جاء مرتفعاً، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياُ عند مستوى الدلالة (a=0.05) بين الكمالية والدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في مدرسة اليوبيل، وأن الكمالية تفسر ما مقداره (%31.2) من الدافعية للإنجاز لديهم، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة توصيات منها: البحث عن العوامل التي تعزز الطموح لدى الطلبة الموهوبين من خلال البرامج التدريبية التي تصقل مهاراتهم بما يحسن مستوى دافعيتهم للإنجاز.AbstractThe study aimed to identify the level of perfectionism, and the achievement motivation, identify the correlation between the perfectionism and achievement motivation, and the predictive ability of perfectionism in achievement motivation among a sample of gifted students at Jubilee School, the study used descriptive, predictive survey, the study sample included (246) male and female students distributed among ninth, tenth, and eleventh grade at Jubilee School 2022-2023, and the perfectionism scale and achievement motivation scale were used. To answer the study questions, arithmetic means, standard deviations, ranks, and simple and multiple linear regression analysis were used, the results showed that the level of perfectionism was moderate, and the level of achievement motivation was high, and there was a positive correlation with statistical significance at (a=0.05) between the perfectionism and achievement motivation among the gifted students at the Jubilee School gifted students, also, the perfectionism explains (31.2%) of achievement motivation among gifted students, and the study recommended to the necessity of searching for factors that enhance ambition among gifted students, through programs that can refine skills of the gifted students to improves their level of achievement motivation.
